Paybats Registration Process

REGISTRATION

VERIFICATION

  • Complete your document submission by logging in to your dashboard. Check the required document list here.
  • Our dedicated team will verify your document submission before submitting it to the related bank.

APPROVAL

  • To enable credit card feature, the related bank will review your submission within 7 working days.
  • Once approved, you are now officially a PAYBATS merchant.

REFUND, SUSPENSION & ACCOUNT TERMINATION

  • Monthly fee is directly deducted from your first settlement of every month. The merchant will be required to pay monthly fee if failure of minimum settlement amount reaches in the current month.
  • Your payment account will be suspended if monthly fee payment failed.
  • Please refer our Terms and Conditions upon signing up to avoid any future dispute.

PROHIBITED NATURE OF BUSINESS

The prohibited nature of businesses if you intent to use PAYBATS includes:

DRUGS
GAMBLING
HUMAN BODY PARTS
PYRAMID SCHEMES
WEAPON & EXPLOSIVE
PORNOGRAPHY
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
Other activities that is against the Malaysia government laws.
