Change email (username).

How to request change username?

  1. Notify us by sending a ticket from the dashboard or guide page
  2. Let us know what is your current email and the new email that you want to change
  3. Upon confirmation, we will add the charges in the system
  4. You will see the charges in your dashboard (Charges >List). The charges title is “Charge for updating login id”
  5. Proceed to make payment
  6. Notify us on the approved payment
  7. We will then change the email accordingly
  8. We will notify you through the same ticket once the email changed
